"Traci has changed my life in many ways and all for the better! The best way to describe my experience in dealing with her, if I had to sum it up in one word I would say it's a personal "awakening." My family, personal, business and spiritual life were all going in different directions Traci has helped me to concentrate on key elements of them all so everything will begin working as one. I highly recommend Traci she is an amazing Life Coach!"

"Words cannot describe how thankful I am for Traci, and how much she has helped me over the years. I met Traci a few years ago when I was going through some difficult times. She helped me get out of a toxic relationship. Traci helped me realize so many things about myself and about what I want and need. After moving on from that relationship, Traci helped me discover how to find happiness again.
Recently, I was diagnosed with cancer. I am now in remission, but my cancer changed who I am and made me a stronger person. However, I still deal with anxiety and fear of getting cancer again. Traci continues to help me get through times when I feel so scared and worried about my health. She helps me get back to my path of positivity. She helps me discover what I need to do to feel peace of mind and to take care of myself. We work together to come up with the right solutions.
One thing I love about Traci is she always makes me feel confident. She never judges me, even when I have the craziest thoughts. She is an amazing listener and truly has a gift for helping others. She is so trustworthy and honest. I feel so lucky to have met Traci."

"When our daughter was in junior high school she started having problems with the group of girls she had been hanging out with. They were starting to exclude her from group activities and were just not very kind in general (not so uncommon in girls this age). She was such a fun-loving and creative soul and their treatment of her was making her lose the admirable self confidence she always had, and it was difficult to see her so sad. Although we talked to her and tried to encourage her to soldier on, sometimes kids need to hear these things from an adult who isn't Mom or Dad.
We had heard about Traci through a family member and liked the fact that her coaching style was faith-based. We knew our daughter was at a vulnerable stage in her life and wanted to make sure that whoever we chose to help her get through this time needed to also be someone we could trust to keep her rooted in her faith.
Bella started seeing Traci on a regular basis the summer before she entered high school. Traci would send her home with a page of "homework"; a few little things for her to work on each week, such as reaching out to friends and be the planner of activities, rather than waiting around, or asking Bella to write down the best and worst thing that happened each day. We started to see a change for the better in her very quickly.
Fast forward to the summer of 2016 and Bella is about to enter her senior year of high school. She has a wonderful group of female and male friends who are always planning things to do and always seem to be laughing and enjoying each others' company. Bella's creative spirit is back full-force (tie-dying parties to make shirts for a group activity have happened several times in our backyard) and her self-confidence level is at an extremely healthy high.
She has continued to meet with Traci (dropping from weekly to every other week, and now on an as-needed basis (since she is so busy with family, friends, honors level classes, sports and work). I know Bella is thankful for having Traci in her life, and we are very grateful she has a TRUSTED (very key) adult to share things with that she might not want to talk to her parents about.
We have not hesitated to recommend Traci to friends and family who have had a child who is in need of some gentle guidance."
